Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and local courier performance. The timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or customs clearance.

Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link sent to your email. If tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us and we’ll check with the courier.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, your local customs authority may apply duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
