Return Policy
We want you to love your Speevers gear. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days.
Return window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of items
We accept returns of new items only. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@speevers.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.
Orders placed on Amazon
Items purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please start those returns through your Amazon account.
