The set includes:
Main stick – made of a robust yet flexible fiberglass core, topped with a 2mm silicone layer for superior grip
Two control sticks – lightweight and also silicone-coated for optimal control
You can choose between two main stick types based on your juggling style:
12mm core – shorter and more flexible, ideal for fast movements and lightweight heads
14mm core – longer and more stable, best for heavier heads and controlled patterns
