Juggling in water is a different world of flow. Everything slows down. Throws stretch out, the balls hang in the water,
and patterns behave nothing like they do in air. The closest description is juggling on the Moon.
Aqua Xball is made specifically for that environment. It uses the same two-layer breathable outer shell and high-grade
resin fill as the Xball family, but the ratio of light and heavy granules is tuned to control buoyancy. At 62mm and 70g,
the ball sits fuller and tauter than a heavier Xball. On land that makes it less forgiving as a general juggling ball; in
water it helps the ball stay round and move predictably through slow motion.
Float has slightly positive buoyancy and rises slowly. It is the natural choice for open water and outdoor use because
the ball does not disappear to the bottom. Float also turns the pattern upside down: send the ball downward and catch
it as it rises. The Float version was used for a 3.5km continuous swuggling world record in open water.
Sink has slightly negative buoyancy and descends slowly. The downward movement feels closer to conventional
juggling and works especially well when you are fully submerged above a clear, reachable bottom.
Aqua Xball is designed for both underwater juggling and swuggling - juggling while swimming. It is not simply a
waterproof Xball. Regular Xballs are already water-resistant and machine washable; Aqua is different because its
buoyancy is tuned on purpose for movement in water.
